Rebuilt a MkIII MicroTechnical

About 2 or 3 years ago I bought a MkIII with a box of parts containing most of a second MkIII and some extra parts, in for £70. In June this year I rebuilt the parts camera, it had no back but I'd found one at a Camera Fair.

I stripped the old covering off the bodywork and completely recovered the camera. I'm missing one of the fittings for the carrying handle - I may have to make one, and still need to repaint the rear sight and re-attach it.  It's given the camera a new lease of life.

Now I've done this one I'll recover the other MkIII probably with maroon material.

Looks like it will take many a good picture for many years to come.  I need to strip my MKVIII clean and re-grease parts to free up some of the mechanisms that are a bit sticky, any suggestions for the best lubricant/grease to use on moving parts?
